Jesus is where our sense of belonging should come from
but as we look around the churches of the world today we
see very clearly that there are not too many men, women
and youth that can say they are solely his/the
Christ's......click.
Much rather, most prefer to prostitute their hearts with
all assortments of doctrines, spirits and gods - $$$$.
A sure fix for the now, this life but what about the
judgement day and the eternal life thereafter?
Many hunger and hanker for a place where they may feel
"a sense of belonging" rather than having their
sense of belonging deep within them all day, every day,
everywhere and at all times. It is a real lonely hearts
club out there in the concrete jungle of the world. And
there are myriads of programmes, conferences, seminar's,
bush trips and sleep overs to cater for all who have not
allowed themselves to be betrothed to the Christ, the
one and only husband that can and does erase all the
emptiness of the lonely heart and the lost soul.....click.
Other Jesus', other spirits and other gospels are
plentiful but will never
come close to the eternal outworking that happens within
the most-inner-man of a being once they give themselves
over to the doctrine of the Christ and the leading of
the holy ghost. We either have a sense of belonging to a
religion or a sense of belonging to almighty
God-Yahweh-Jesus the Christ......click.
In ignorance multitudes have been deterred from the hope
of glory by complex, religious programming and
christendom cloning. One of the hallmarks of the
bonafide road to glory is....simplicity!....2
Corinthians 11:3 ......click.
St Paul spoke about betrothing people to the one
husband, the Christ, so that they eventually may be
presented to the Christ as a chaste virgin (the children
of God) not a prostitute but a clean church -
fellowship.
The chaste virgin (church) that Pablo had in mind was
not a multi-doctrine, extra-biblical revelation peoples
but a simple, one minded, one faith, one God and one way
peoples, a cross bearing peoples.
Not a peoples that love the world and the things of the
world, not a peoples that compromise with other
religious beliefs, not a people that are lovers of
money, not a peoples that live in known sin, not a
peoples that add to scripture, not a peoples that take
away from scripture and not a people that suppress the
truth but a special people, a royal priesthood a holy
nation, a chosen peoples that have been called out of
darkness-sin and have obeyed. And now live, not visit
but live in the glorious light of his/the Christ's
truth/doctrine....click.
The sense of belonging that comes with being a true
disciple of the Christ literally drowns all the
temporary senses of belonging that any man or woman,
religion, money, membership or family name on earth could
ever possibly offer.
