BUT WHEN YOU DO A CHARITABLE DEED DO NOT LET
YOUR LEFT HAND KNOW WHAT YOUR RIGHT HAND IS
DOING............MATTHEW 6:3.

Most prefer the way of the hypocrite today rather
than the Christ, yes, another sign of the times. A sure test
for church goers and non-church goers alike.
When you see church leaders and supposed christian
ministries blurting out through their humanistic trumpets
that they just gave $XXXX or they display footage of what
they gave and did for the poor,, the abandoned or the needy,
you can be assured that they are in the flesh, in the
pharisees mind set and in sin.
Jesus the Christ said......."don't do it!"....don't
go about telling everyone what good deeds you do and how
many good deeds you do. Don't even tell your other hand
which is attached to your own body.
But who cares what Jesus says anyway, like who is he
to tell me what to do?...says the unconverted man and woman,
whether in church or out of church. This was a do not of the
Christ, a command. Just as Jesus said to Adam and Eve,
"do not!" eat the fruit on that one tree over there. But
they did, didn't they?........click.
He also said for his people, disciples to call themselves
(say of themselves) unprofitable servants, he also said
to give the gospel message free $$$$ but how many do what
he/Jesus the Christ says?.....click.
Could it be few?....it must be, for few find the narrow
gate for the way to it is in the hands of the redeemer, the
Christ, Messiah, God........John 7:17, Hebrews 5:9.
Surely these people who show their good deeds across the
silver screen/TV on a daily basis have received their
consolation, for it was done in pride, selfishness, and
according to the philosophies of mere men and women who are
unbelieving of the Christ' commands.....Colossians 2:8.
We do not please Father when we carry on with 'open
defiance' and telling every freddy in town what we give
financially and physically, we are just pleasing self and in
the process sin. We are not great in Father's eyes but
small, for what is great in the eyes of men and women is
small in the eyes of Father who is in heaven watching all.
Watching even you as you read this letter, he watches your
heart and mind to see what you are thinking within regarding
his truth......click.
There is no doubt an insecurity and a lack of humility when
it comes to people, churches, ministries, the famous and the
rich making a public ordeal out of a donation of monies or
time, whether it be big, large or small. I firmly believe
that the bulk of churches, ministries and ministers calling
themselves christian or followers of the Christ today would
do themselves a huge favour if they read Luke 21:1-4
and asked Father what it really means, for it was this one
and only this type of person/giver that God
acknowledges.....amen....click. |
