THAT STINKING GOSPEL

  • Can't you smell it in the air of religion?
That enemy of all righteousness, full of all subtly and all mischief, ceasing not to pervert the right ways of the Lord! Blinded by the Sun of righteousness arising with healing in His wings!.........I dare you to come forth thou prince of the kingdom of darkness, thou angel of light, thou deceiver of the nations, and tell our beloved brother Paul to his face that on his conversion (being born from above a new creature in Christ Jesus) he was carnal (knowingly fleshly), sold under sin; willing, but not finding how to perform that which is good; that his unconverted life of Romans 7b (though wakened to sin by the law) was indeed his converted life!
  • Then try and tell him that he (and us) are converted without:
being buried by baptism with Christ unto death, that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we should walk in newness of life;
knowing this, that our old man is crucified with Christ that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin; for he who is dead is freed from sin; and they who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts;
  • for under grace, sin shall not have dominion over you; and the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:3-23); for to be carnally minded is death (Roman 8:6); and they who do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God (Galatians 5:21 & 24);
but being made free from sin and become servants to God, we have our fruit unto holiness (Romans 6:22); without which no man shall see the Lord. (Hebrews 12:14.) For they who are in the flesh cannot please God. But we are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, otherwise we are none of His! (Romans 8:8-9)

I dare such blind leaders of the blind to tell Paul or any of similar spirit that such truths do not constitute conversion - a new creature in Christ Jesus, but that conversion is effected by a mouth confession of something which is not true, but what the mind believes and not the heart.

I dare such to tell Paul that you can knowingly be 'in the flesh', that is, manifesting the fruits of the flesh, and yet please God, indeed enter the kingdom of God, contrary to Romans 8:8-9, Galatians 5:21, Ephesians 5:5, 1 Corinthians 6:9;

and that you can be dead and resurrected with Christ and yet serve sin, contrary to Romans 6:3-7;
and that you can knowingly walk after the flesh and not after the Spirit, and yet be in Christ and there be no condemnation, contrary to Romans 8:1.
How dare the 'Christian' church rise up and lay such a charge to God's elect!
  • Though John Wesley said,
"The Christian church has turned heathen again and has only a dead form left," today we see much spiritual awakening and dynamic life, conversion, healing, new births etc- only to have the rug pulled out from under their feet by subsequent doctrines of devils - evil communications corrupting good manners! opening doors to 7 devils more religious than the first - the dog back to its vomit - the sow to the mire - seed on stony (shallow) ground under test - one foot in the world and one in the church - and with only the church (not the convert) to blame - Romans 7b relived and called conversion! - the church's self-fulfilled prophecy in pursuit of membership gain.
  • Of such a last-day church, God said, "It makes Me vomit!" (Revelation 3:16.).... CLICK
Of course none of this refers to innocent 'infant' carnality requiring instruction (e.g. 1 Corinthians 3 & 4), but known and therefore damnable carnality (e.g. 1 Corinthians 5, Acts 5) - never the two to be mixed or confused, except in the interests of a stinking gospel - a damnable heresy and 7 devils more wicked than the first.

In the interests of a gospel which is the power of God unto salvation (and they who endure to the end shall be saved), and a repentance never to be repented of, and a grace where sin shall not have dominion over you ( which we stand fast in), and an honest and good heart which brings forth good fruit,........... the reading of the above noted Scriptures is recommended and the ones not noted, i.e. Matthew 12:43-45, 11 Peter 2:19-22, Luke 8:13, 15, Romans 1:16, 11 Corinthians 7:10, Matthew 24:13, Luke 13:24-30, John 8:31-32. Also maybe the testimony (on request) of 'From Fantasy Faith to Saving Faith.'
