WARNING AND TEACHING (Colossians 1:28)

The first letter that St Paul wrote to the Church of God at Corinth was as it clearly states in the first chapter verse two....was written to the church of God/Yahweh, written to the sanctified in Christ Jesus, written to those who are called to be saints not sinners.......click here.

St Paul looked back on old testament examples to let the corinthians saints (born again believers, spirit filled, water baptised christians) know what makes for God's anger to be poured out on peoples even his own.............Romans 11:22.

Do not tempt / test the Christ, meaning don't exploit Jesus, try his patience, you may be destroyed for that........................................  ................................................................. 1 Corinthians 10:9...selah!

Do not murmur against the Christ for some were put to death for that at the hand of the destroyer....................1 Corinthians 10:10, Numbers 16:41, 49.

Jesus makes it all so very simple yet we are plagued with complications of peddlers of the bible, false, flattering teachers, prophets that make huge profits, globalised gospels and self appointed leaders.......................2 Corinthians 11: 1-4.

Recently I heard of a woman who wrote or has written seven books on prayer. This alone tells us what sort of church leaders, professing bible teachers and bible standards we have in the world today. Especially when Jesus said to his disciples pray like this..........and gave them one prayer example and said no more on the matter, the lord's prayer if recited takes the whole of 15 seconds............Matthew 6:9.

I have always believed that when God moves upon and through men past and present the outcome was always concise, not flowery, drawn out or entangled in word play and the cunning of mere humans but concise. Example, the red writing in the holy bible is Jesus speaking and all of his words add up to approx, 15 A4 sheets.

The simplicity of the Christ is definitely a thing of the past in man and woman made churches today but a trademark of the real church, body of Christ.

The frightening question is.........which Jesus are the churches following today, is he the Jesus that warns of sexual sin, complaining against Father, trying Father's patience with a yo-yo christian walk. Does your Jesus tell you that prayer is so complicated and difficult you need to buy seven books to understand or is your Jesus so great and mighty he sows it all up in one prayer, all that anyone on the earth needs to know about prayer is in one prayer................The Lord Jesus Prayer!

Simplicity is the key to power, freedom and God Himself/Jesus..........amen.
