BUT THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL WILL NOT LISTEN
TO YOU .. BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT LISTEN TO ME, FOR ALL THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL ARE IMPUDENT AND
HARD HEARTED .. BEHOLD I HAVE MADE YOUR FACE STRONG AGAINST THEIR FACES AND YOUR FOREHEAD
STRONG AGAINST THEIR FOREHEADS .. LIKE ADAMANT STONE, HARDER THAN FLINT, I HAVE MADE YOUR
FOREHEAD .. DO NOT BE AFRAID OF THEM NOR BE DISMAYED AT .. THEIR LOOKS .. THOUGH THEY ARE
A REBELLIOUS HOUSE … EZEKIEL 3:7-9.
PRISONERS...OF THE
CHRIST OR CARNAL CAPTIVE AUDIENCES?
What I want to address here in this scripture are the words .. do not be dismayed
at their looks nor be afraid of them.
King Solomon said, that which has been will be ..
That which is done is what will be done ..
And there is nothing new under the sun ..
Ecclesiastes 1:9.
The fear of man and the looks on the faces of congregations in church structures today
are playing a huge part in the controlling of leaders, pastors and even visiting
ministers.
The carnal mind says please the people, don't rock the boat and keep the unity that is
build on hay, stubble and wood.
Men and women haven't changed much from the days of Adam and Eve. Humanity is still lying,
lusting, hungering for power and passing the buck .. 1 John 2:16.
God told Ezekiel that they would not listen to him .. why? .. because they were
not interested in what God had to say. They had their own agenda, plans, programs and
selfish pleasures to bring to pass. Churches are fast becoming places that are geared for
the sinner, saint and seeker all in one hit. These particular churches I am relating to
are .. afraid of the peoples looks are afraid of losing their empire, they worked so long
and hard in the flesh to build .. Luke 21:1-6.
Paul was a prisoner of the Christ, our Lord …2 Timothy 1:8.
WE HAVE ONLY ONE LIFE AND IT WILL
SOON BE PAST .. WHAT WE HAVE IN JESUS IS ALL THAT WILL LAST … SELAH!
God strengthened Ezekiel for the job he was given .. the Lord always briefs and
strengthens those whom he sends out … Genesis 6:14+15.
Because Ezekiel knew he was dealing with rebels and a rebellious spirit a big part of his
burden was lifted.
Ezekiel delivered the message and said .. he who hears, let him hear and he who refuses
let him refuse!
Many who belong to denominations and religious organisations today actually believe that
they are right with God, all because they sign their life away to a group of men and
women, who have agreed to agree with certain guide lines laid down by the hierarchy.
Ezekiel wasn't in the flesh but the Spirit, the spiritual man says .. if they hear they
hear, if they refuse they refuse! Revelation 22:11,14,15.
SO THE SPIRIT LIFTED ME UP AND TOOK ME AWAY AND I WENT IN BITTERNESS IN THE HEAT
OF MY SPIRIT BUT THE HAND OF THE LORD WAS STRONG UPON ME .. EZEKIEL 3:14.
Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, we ought to obey God rather than men
.. Acts 5:29.
