I'm doing my best, I'm trying, I'm having a go, I'm not
where I used to be but I am not where I should be but that's
OK (that's only sin - Luke 21:36) because I am on 'my' way.
All of these and more are in most pulpits today. It's almost as if
'the church' or the so called church is teaching Jesus and
saying that 'we are only human' and the holy ghost power is
of no avail for certain sins. "We all make mistakes" but
since when has the holy bible said that...sin is a mistake
(especially for so called spirit filled, born again christians)?......Romans 6;15-23, Acts
1:8.........click.
I wake up in the morning and try 'my' best. There is one
major problem with this man made method of overcoming,
discipline, endeavouring to endure and it is very clear. The
man or woman who takes this kind of attitude is nothing
short of carnal and ignorant of the power of the cross and
the scripture above......click.
Doing our best is exactly that.....our best, emphasis on
"our".....me. my, I and it will only ever produce the
results of the everyday temporary fix, which is defeat.
Jesus won't say "did you do your best?" but did you do what
I said ( My Doctrine).
Judgement day will be a day of weeping and gnashing teeth
for multitudes of backsliders.
Our best can never come close to 'his finished work'
at the hill/Golgotha. Our best is but a vapour and naught to
God. However, faith in the Christ's ...'finished'...work at
the hill/Golgotha is fully pleasing to Father, Jesus and
Holy Ghost.
● CERTAINLY EVERY MAN AND WOMAN AT THEIR BEST STATE IS BUT A
VAPOUR ......REF/PSALM 39:5.
Our best is simply a fleshling carnal effort of religion,
even an appearance of what God wants but as this letter
teaches....an outright denial of holy ghost power, the
finished work of the Christ at Calvary, the grace-power of
God, the measure of faith that was given us all and finally
unbelief of established canon. There's work to be done,
first works.
And you wonder why people, men and women and youth, pastors,
so called leaders fill their mouths and myriads of peoples
spiritual stomachs with such unbiblical new age trash such
as......"I'm doing my best, I'm trying, I'm having a go". It
can all be traced back to 'organised religions of men (and
women these days) who refuse to go without the gate and
suffer his/messiahs reproach. This indeed is their reward
for 'their' worldling religious efforts. A deluded
understanding of the holy bible which eventually will be
made manifest by such crippled, depleted confessions such
as....."I'm doing my best, I'm trying"........Hebrews 13:13.
Away with such rubbish!.....Father gave the best of the best
for the least of the least, so that all may be 'more' than
overcomers who trusteth in him and genuinely believe his
words. Instead of trying to do your best from now on just
give up your life to Jesus and stop trying to enjoy everyday
life and serve two masters.
