JESUS THE CHRIST MINISTRIES

The full Counsel Newsletter - No 44

HE HAS SHOWN YOU...... O, MAN WHAT IS GOOD AND WHAT DOES THE LORD REQUIRE OF YOU BUT TO DO JUSTLY, TO LOVE MERCY AND TO WALK HUMBLY WITH YOUR GOD……………………………………………………………….MICAH 6:8.

HUMBLE BEGINNINGS?
(gratitude begets humility and humility begets gratitude)

God Almighty, tells us that we are to do justly, love mercy and to walk humbly… this is what He requires of His people. Men and women may require something else but God makes it clear to all who seek Him, what's to be done in order to please Him/Elohim.

We often hear the church leaders talking about their humble beginnings and their exaltation, under the spot lights of humanity… 1 Samuel 15:17-23.

When I hear such things I immediately bring their words into subjection to the knowledge of God and it usually crumbles………2 Corinthians 10:5.

  • Was Jesus humility only for the beginning of His walk or for His entire life?…..Philippians 2:8.
  • Was Paul the apostle, one who started off humbly and rose to great status in the earth and his community?….Philippians 3:4-11.
  • Was Christianity designed in such a way that … we all start in humility and as we become more mature in Christ, we are then elevated each year to a higher platform in society, greater earthly riches and gather more servants?

Did not Jesus say that the greatest of all is servant of all! …and does not the world proclaim proudly that the greatest of all will be served by all?

This is a great fall of many who start in the ministry of Christ Jesus, their motives are wrong and their man ordained mentors have deceived them into believing that if they go through the motions and steps of their prestige pastor, they too will hit the big time… I say, cast down such vain and profane babble in the name of Jesus! …Ecclesiastes 10:6+7.

It is my belief that all God called and ordained pastors have been given by the grace of God a martyrs heart, not a heart of material greed, longevity and grandeur.....Ref/Acts 20:23, 24.

What did Jesus say to Peter the apostle? …He said, Peter… if you want to do anything for me, to prove that you really love me… feed my lambs! John 21:15. Then He said to Peter, feed My sheep! …in verse 17 of the same chapter.

Jesus was telling Peter to give His people …babes and mature in the spirit, the truth, that they may go free and find eternal life. The truth of the matter is …humble beginnings should result in humble living, unending.

Walking in the Spirit will never give any man or woman a hunger for silver, gold, fame or fantasy but it will by the light of Christ show you that all is vanity. Humility is a high call and never will the high minded ever taste the joy, victory and power of it's mantle ……… Numbers 12:3.

LIKEWISE YOU YOUNGER PEOPLE SUBMIT YOURSELVES TO YOUR ELDERS, YES, ALL OF YOU BE SUBMISSIVE TO ONE ANOTHER AND BE …CLOTHED WITH HUMILITY …FOR GOD RESISTS THE PROUD BUT GIVES GRACE TO THE HUMBLE….. 1 PETER 5:5.

I can assure you right now that, the grace of God is heavens above the riches and exaltations of this world of unrighteousness. If it's only humble beginnings you aim at then great disappointment awaits you. The humble are grateful and the grateful are humble.

JOHN THE BAPTISER SAID …HE/JESUS MUST INCREASE AND I MUST DECREASE!

Amen.
