THE POOR RICH AND THE RICH POOR.

How rich are you?.. Luke 21:1-4.

Are you limited or unlimited in your riches?.. what are your riches?.. who are your riches?.. will they last forever?... James 5:1-6.

These are all interesting questions which provide unusual answers at times. Our scripture above makes it very clear that the one who makes himself or herself poor is no doubt the rich one, according to the all knowing/omniscient, almighty God of Israel/Jesus the Christ.

Of course many would zealously disagree but this servant has always come to find that He/God is right.. 2 Corinthians 2:17.

CAN YOU AFFORD TO BE POOR?.. ARE YOU IN THAT POSITION OF POWER YET?

The position I am talking about is easy to understand, I don't minister with the complicated mindset of men and women but with the simplicity of the Christ. When we have Jesus as our Lord and Shepherd the word of God says that we shall or will not want anything .. Psalm 23:1.

I continuously doubt people .. minister, pew warmer and self proclaimed spiritual mentors who teach, preach and promote this worlds goods and coins as a sign of Gods Hand upon an individual.. Hebrews 11:24-26.

It is a sure sign of ignorance and shallow thinking, when people esteem anything of this world as being instrumental in the making of true happiness. Long before I became a part of Yahweh's Family and one of His servants, I used to stand in awe at pictures, movies and writings about men like Moses, Jesus and Paul. I am talking about the image that these men portrayed .. men without accessories, men without the world comforts, men without the bondage of sin, men that could stand and look the evil world and the god of this world satan/the devil in the face and defeat him.

I used to think .. these men don't have all the garbage and rubbish that these department stores try to push in your face day after day neither are they restricted by gold, silver or acceptance of men and women nor are they led around by the nose by people who haven't a clue of what they are talking about. These men were real men not snags, not Ahabs, not people pleasers, no beggars to the world's illusive riches. Moses had a stick, Jesus had a donkey colt and Paul had a thorn in the flesh.. it is this kind of minister that impresses Paul Sheehan, they have stolen my heart, no they never, I gave it freely to the great one .. Jesus. This is why when Father called me 14 years ago I had no doubt, I considered myself honoured that He/Yah would want to talk to me .. glory halleluyah!. Therefore I will gladly live lean for Him and that many more can join our family in heaven. He is more than enough!
