Daniel in the lions den 'is a world famous story that nearly all have had the joy and blessing of hearing. Daniel loved God and he didn't allow anyone .. whether that be king, government or majority turn him from his devotion to his God/Yahweh.

Daniel feared not the lions in the den
Daniel feared not the threats of the king
Daniel feared not the peoples hissing
Daniel feared but one .. his God/Yah!

The fear of man brings a snare but whoever trusts in the Lord shall be safe ... Proverbs 29:25.

As an X army serviceman who trained with marines and Australian commando's I used to think that, in order to be a man, I had to prove myself to man and the world around me. This is totally wrong. There is but one that all have to prove themselves to and that is Lord Jesus the Christ. James 1:12

Jesus said that He would send us out as sheep among wolves and lambs among savage wolves and that they called Him a devil/beelzebub. What He was telling us is that this world we live in is like a lions den .. a vicious pit.

Lord Jesus has people in the world that belong to Him, they are chosen, royal, holy, special and Jesus name is forever on their tongue.
