After reading your story in the "News" it made me
cry, perhaps it was conviction. My name is Anthony R........ I am a 35 year old nurse
from Brisbane and have been working in Thailand for the past two years.
After being rejected by family and friends I forsook all to come here on faith also
because of a dream I had. About a year ago I met a preacher here called brother Tony, he's
been here for about 14 years and is an evangelist living by faith.
It was this bloke who introduced me to the streets where he preaches this was an answer to
one of my prayers.
I was looking on the world web today for a preacher in my home town of Brisbane, which was
where I saw the "News Article" about you being set on fire in the
streets of West End/Brisbane.
I was moved and encouraged deeply to see someone suffering for The Gospels Sake in his
Jesus name. So I did a search on the web and found your web site.
Brother Tony and I at present hit bus stops when they are crowded...one preaches while the
other hands out tracts. I also work in an Aids Hospital as a volunteer nurse.
Although I have been to many different kinds of churches here, it is clear to me that
there are....many...apostate churches nowadays.
So seeing I don't have a pastor and you are on the streets daily, I would be honoured to
have you as my pastor when I get back to Brisbane City next year. This is the primary
reason I am writing to you. |
