THANKS FOR THE WARNING - FATHER.
(Hebrews 3:12-15)

THE LORD IS RIGHTEOUS......HE IS IN HER MIDST, HE WILL DO NO UNRIGHTEOUSNESS..EVERY MORNING HE BRINGS HIS JUSTICE TO LIGHT..HE NEVER FAILS..BUT THE UNJUST KNOWS NO SHAME .......ZEPHANIAH 3:5

THANK GOD!........FOR SHAME

The first recorded incident of shame in the Holy Bible was written in the book of Genesis...
                                           Genesis 3:7.

Shame means......either a consciousness of guilt or dishonour.

God/Yah!......never fails to make a way for the human race to realise that He is Holy...
                                          1 Samuel 2:2

Do we ever sit down and thank God for the warning device called shame?..Most believe today that if shame is induced by the preaching of the word of God, that preacher is not of God.

We have a gospel that is becoming very popular in the world today and when it is preached, it brings no guilt or any consciousness of dishonour toward the Holy One/Jesus in the hearts of those who live contrary to the word of God, whether Christian or non Christian.

It is not a bad thing that churches and ministers alike have those who continually bring them into check over covetousness, heresies and worldliness. It is the love of God trying to turn them before it's too late.

JESUS SAID TO THE CHRISTIANS IN THE CHURCH BASED AT LAODECIA...I COUNSEL YOU!

TO BUY FROM ME GOLD REFINED IN THE FIRE.. THAT YOU MAY BE RICH AND WHITE GARMENTS THAT YOU MAY BE CLOTHED..THAT THE SHAME OF YOUR NAKEDNESS MAY NOT BE REVEALED AND ANOINT YOUR EYES WITH EYE SALVE..THAT YOU MAY SEE........REVELATION 3:18.

Nakedness and blindness are the key words in the previous paragraph.

The Laodecians had no shame! They were not conscious of their attitude toward God. They were dishonouring Him and they were too blind to see it, for all they could see was......wealth, $$$, clothes and themselves.

It says....they!...had no want. Jesus counselled them and said.....you are naked. The unjust have no shame says the Lord.....The Apostate Attitude.

God was once in the midst of these Laodecians, however in the process of time Jesus ended up at the door and refused to go any further till these particular Christians repented of their sins and changed their attitude toward Him and gave Him number one place in their lives.

Jesus said that the Laodecians were not just naked and blind but also poor, miserable, wretched and a shame to His name. We become everything that carnal men and women don't want to be when we give not Jesus pre-eminence in our lives........
                                                Colossians 1:18.

Jesus makes things very clear to us day after day, He washes His hands of every rebel and every stubborn, proud soul upon the earth. He is righteous, every morning He brings His justice to light............Amen
