| The joy of the lord is my strength has always been used with the
one person in mind and that one (you guessed it) is you! The old devil, that
serpent of old has had a hay day with quotes like this and many more. |
- What about the New Covenant Scriptures, the two commands........

Today I really want to touch on the scripture of the prophet Isaiah...

BEHOLD, GOD IS MY SALVATION
I WILL TRUST AND NOT BE AFRAID
FOR........YAH.......THE LORD
IS MY STRENGTH AND MY SONG
HE ALSO HAS BECOME MY SALVATION.
...............ISAIAH 12:2. |
It always comes to mind each time I hear a minister teach on joy
or the joy of the lord they nearly every time if not all of the time make it extremely
clear that joy itself is somehow our strength. When the truth is, it's not. The joy of
the lord is our strength!
What exactly does that mean?....it means this: |
- BECAUSE I KNOW JESUS PERSONALLY AND
BECAUSE I DO WHAT HE SAYS I AM AUTOMATICALLY, INSTANTANEOUSLY STRONG AND HEAVENLY
HAPPY.......
HEAVENLY HAPPY IS ANOTHER WORD FOR BLESSED....IT'S JOY UNABLE TO BE SPOKEN ABOUT IN ANY
EARTHLY LANGUAGE.

Hence for so called ministers to teach people that having fun or
enjoying one's life daily is what satan doesn't want and Jesus does is but a foolish
philosophy conjured up by mere human brain power and not from holy ghost.
- Just a teaching that leads peoples around a never ending mulberry
bush in the imagination of the mind, never able to deliver anyone from the misery of not
carrying a cross, not following messiah or not departing from sin........Titus 2:14, John
12:24.
