WHAT IS EVIL?.. WHAT DO PEOPLE CALL EVIL AND WHAT DOES JESUS THE CHRIST CALL EVIL?

  • Evil is .. Everything that Violates the Instructions of the Lamb of God.
    Isn't that simple?

DO NOT BE DECEIVED .. EVIL COMPANY CORRUPTS GOOD HABITS .. 1 CORINTH 15:33

What people call evil is rarely what God Almighty calls evil, men and women have their opinions on the matter but God tells us that .. unbelief is evil according to Gods word, whereas most people would see unbelief as a thing that cannot be helped and even innocent.

  • Evil .. is everything that violates the instructions of the Lamb of God who come to take away the sins of the world.

The word corrupt means .. to make wicked, to spoil, to alter for the worst, make evil, pervert or make rotten.

The instructions of the Lord Jesus are, to stay away from evil company for you will end up changing for the worst. When we look at the word evil in accord with the holy scriptures we come to find that our lives will be narrowed down to a thin/narrow/straight path that few souls will to walk.

The picture that satan paints and has nearly always convinced the large majority of people inside and outside the churches is the .. person with the deranged face, the devil with the fork and tail and the misfit in the community. Did you know that Jesus of Nazareth was a misfit in His community.

They called Him illegitimate, impostor, wine bibber/drunk and one who disturbed the peace ... yet He/Jesus is the prince of peace!.. and although the world would say that the man who heralds the words of Messiah in the marketplaces is disturbing the peace he is not .. but they are evil to say this .. evil!

  • Evil .. everything that violates the instructions of the Lamb of God who came to take away the sins of the world and have mercy on us.

WOE TO THOSE WHO CALL EVIL GOOD AND GOOD EVIL.. WHO PUT DARKNESS FOR LIGHT AND LIGHT FOR DARKNESS .. WHO PUT BITTER FOR SWEET AND SWEET FOR BITTER.
ISAIAH 5:20

 

We just read what Isaiah the prophet said about evil and it is good witness that evil and good, bitter and sweet, dark and light are set and said as being what they are not... what is evil?.. lies are evil!

Lies violate the words of the Lamb .. Jesus is truth and their is no darkness in Him, He is the light of the world.

Many are deceived into thinking they can play with evil, corruption, darkness and the devil/satan ... be warned that the devil/satan is as quick as a serpent and the most cunning of all the beasts of the field...Genesis 3:1-6.

We do not have to fear evil but stay clear of it where possible, sometimes it is not possible to, for we would have to leave the world completely but when we are confronted with evil we are able to walk straight through the midst in the name of Jesus ..... Psalm 23 .. I will fear no evil.. also Job 5:17-22.

  • Evil .. Every thing that violates the instructions of the Lamb of God who came to take away the sins of the world and mercy on us.

ABSTAIN .. FROM EVERY .. FORM .. OF EVIL .. 1 THESSALONIANS 5:22

  • ABSTAIN .. THE WORD ABSTAIN TELLS US TO KEEP AWAY FROM .. KEEP AWAY FROM EVERY .. FORM OF EVIL.. this brings our attention to how narrow the road of life is and how difficult it is and that few are they that pass thereby... Luke 13:22-24.

It is when we read scripture like this it clearly proclaims that the race of faith is not for the faint hearted or the compromiser, there is no room for the littlest of leaven. There is no provision made for the little foxes nor is there opportunity to go to sleep on the way.

AWAKE TO RIGHTEOUSNESS AND DO NOT SIN FOR SOME DO NOT HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD .. I SAY THIS TO YOUR SHAME ................. 1 CORINTHIANS 15:34.

The greatest weapon and sleeping tablet in the world, that satan the devil has manufactured is called .. unbelief .. and unbelief arises from not being in fellowship with the Christ. When we are not in fellowship with the Christ, we are walking under the cloud of ease and unbelief, we would be in the district called .. sin ..... Hebrews 3:12-15.

St Paul warned the Hebrews about evil/unbelief .. he said that if we play with
the blessings of satan/the devil which is sins pleasures there is a definite opportunity to be lead away from walking with the living God .. beware!

  • Evil .. Everything that violates the instructions of the Lamb of God who came to take away the sins of the world and have mercy on us.

King Solomon says this .. Proverbs 16:17.

The highway of the upright is to depart from evil, He who keeps his way preserves his soul.
Amen.

And this is the condemnation... the light has come into the world and men loved darkness rather than light because their deeds were evil.

For everyone practising evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed...

But he who does the truth comes to the light that his deeds may be clearly seen that they have been done in God.

John 3:19-21, 1 Timothy 5:20, 21

A re not Christians called salt?... Jesus said if the salt loses its flavour it's good for nothing.
