UPRIGHT IS HE …………… DEUTERONOMY 32:4.
THE NEW IMPROVED! ........GOD.
Is the God of the old testament the same God of the new testament?
Was God ever rendered incompetent in His life?
Yes!… the God of the old and new testaments in the Holy Bible are the very same God.
Here is a scripture that describes a little of this God, His character and His
delights…
LET HIM WHO GLORIFIES, GLORY IN THIS, THAT HE UNDERSTANDS AND KNOWS ME… THAT
I AM THE LORD! EXERCISING. LOVING KINDNESS, JUDGMENT, AND RIGHTEOUSNESS IN THE EARTH, FOR
IN THESE I DELIGHT SAYS THE LORD. JEREMIAH 9:24.
Within this scripture alone we come to see the … equity… of the God of
the Holy Bible, the God of Jacob, Isaac and Abraham… Isaiah 66:14-24.
In order to rule, lead, instruct and live, mankind as a whole needs Yah the Creator as
their advisor and helper.
However, people power has actually voted God out of a job, out of His throne, His
character and His honour, respect and awe.
Although this is totally impossible, it is what the world would like to think. The age old
solution to most of societies problems… ignore it and it will go away… no, the
loving God of the Holy Bible will judge us all in righteousness and equity and we can be
assured that that day draws closer as the clock ticks on.
Will there be any mercy at the judgment stand… no! I can't find that written
in the Holy Bible…Revelation 19:11-15.
The times that we are presently living in are the times of mercy. How fierce it shall be
at the judgment stand of Christ Jesus. It says that He shall judge in righteousness.
Righteousness is virtually a foreign word upon the earth today in all walks of
life… 2 Peter 3:13.
Religion and churches throughout the world have and are, conveying a message today that
paints God Almighty/Jesus Christ as some… sensitive new age God… who
does understand we are under a lot of pressure here on earth and if we smile nicely on the
judgment day we are bound to be acquitted of the penalty of all unconfessed sin.
Society and the world, are being told of this… New Improved God!
No, my friend, He is the same God that brought the flood of Noah's day, the one who
destroyed the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, the one who struck Aaron's sons with fire as
lightning and the same God who slayed Ananias and his wife Sapphira. It is this God that
calls us to holiness and sobriety this very day, His name is Jesus.
We see the destruction all through the world, floods, mudslides, the weather is chaotic,
twisters and earthquakes. Some say its mother nature; others say it's the devil.
I ask the question, since when has the devil/Satan had power over God's creation? And
since when has Mother Nature been without a Father?
