To start with I don't see peoples I know on earth today as in 'a mirror dimly' unless of course I don't have my glasses on. Hence this verse is by no means referring to knowing or being known by 'earthly loved ones when we get to heaven', if we get to heaven. Baptist theology likes to think of it this way (it's convenient) but these are only the 'thoughts' of men and women, not the paraclete.....click.

This verse is actually referring to 'knowledge' even the knowledge of all things great and small. St. Paul says Yahweh has graciously given all his bonafide saints who have been proven but 'a part' of his knowledge as he wills for his specific purpose and the carrying out of his ultimate Gospel Plan for mankind, after all he/Yah is Omni-Knowledgeable. Just as St. Paul did not write all of the holy bible nor did any other singular man save the 'son of man'.....Jesus the Christ.

It's not that God was not able to do it that way it was just that he didn't, Father knows best. The day comes nearer to us all when 'the holy remnant' will be granted the ability to comprehend, know all things even as he/Jesus knows us but his saints will always be and remain created beings. Knowing all things great and small will not place us in the position as little Jesus or little God's but saints of omni-degree regarding knowledge for we shall be living in another/infinitely omniscient world. We will be in a 'Celestial Surround' where earthbound  abilities and the most state-of -the-art equipment are considered mud.....click.

When we get to heaven, if we get to heaven, if Father accepts us, although we may know our earthbound loved ones and who others are, our thoughts will not be those of earthlings. This is because of the zone we shall be living in. It will be celestial, Our God/Yahweh is called jealous he will have no creature (or family member) before or above him ever and there will be no sex in heaven, for sex is really primitive, limited, related to flesh, however it does have a spiritual connection.....ref/when two lay together they become one, at least until sin breaks that agreement, spiritual covenant.....Matthew 19:28-30, Luke 21:36.

Father knows what he is doing, just imagine what things would be like if we knew now as he/God knows us, while we are trapped in this body of flesh, I say it would be a mad house indeed. Faith, hope and love do abide/live and long for us to live there but remember what St. Paul said at Yahweh's instruction, the greatest thing we can do while on earth is to 'truly love Jesus the Christ' first and foremost......click.

● Holiness is....Honesty, truth and humility with Mashiah as preeminent!....for without Jesus as preeminent our honesty, truth and humility is no doubt second rate at best flawed.
