EVERYONE IS LOOKING FOR THE TRUTH?

Churched leaders have conveyed and encouraged this kind of
thinking for centuries and have got away with it, usually
making for 'themselves' a name and lots of monies in
the process. But Jesus tells us another story, actually he
tells us the truth for he is 'the truth'......ref/John
3:19.....Selah.
If you offer people the truth it is accepted, as long as you
don't mention 'that name' Jesus or say that it is
Jesus' definition of truth. Many may want 'the truth'
in their mind but when it comes to walking in it, doing it
and subjecting ones entire life to it, that is an entirely
separate subject. it is rare to find such people, Jesus used
the word 'remnant' ....click.
Before my dear mum died I asked her what a 'remnant'
was to her (given that my mum was a tailoress prior
to marrying my dad) and she said that a remnant of
cloth/material was that which laid on the floor of the
tailor shop that was of no real (money making) use,
kind of unwanted and out of place...in a word
scrap....ref/1 Corinthians 4:13.
Life prior to sainthood/being born-again can be and is in
many cases hard. There are many hard knocks for all, for
some more knocks than others. And even the most exciting
times were rather ordinary when you come to think about it,
once one has met with Jesus the Christ, (for me
anyway).
God's prices and costs for his heavenly, supernatural
goodies are far more demanding than what Coles, Woolies or
Target would take from your money bag...e.g.. "for in much
wisdom is much grief and the one who gathers more knowledge
increases sorrow"...Ecclesiastes 1:18. Jesus was a man of
sorrows and acquainted with grief wasn't he....Isaiah
53:3. How many really want the truth?....click.
The truth called 'Jesus'. Most prefer the limited
realms of ...optimism or pessimism or positive or negative
'thinking'
but how many willingly sign up for 'the oracles of the
one and only true God-Jesus the Christ', only a remnant
I believe and so I am led to believe via sola scriptura....Matthew
7:13, 14.
When we read the 'parable of the sower' we all see,
if we will, that only one soul out of the four actually
produced soul saving fruit.....Matthew 13:1-9 (saying
Jesus is Lord!!...won't save the soul from eternal
hell-fire, no more than tithing, feeding the poor, random
acts of kindness, sending monies to tele-evangelists/esses,
Roman Catholic Dogma or keeping Jewish feasts.....click.
St. Paul said to the Corinthian saints, that ..."if you go
on in your sins (now that you are born-again and saints)
unrepentant and do not turn from them, you will not enter the
kingdom of Heaven/will not be saved from eternal
hell-fire...to say otherwise is heresy, false teaching,
another doctrine, spirit, Jesus and another church...ref/1
Corinthians 6:8,9...Selah.
Everyone is looking for the truth!!!!...the Jesus
truth or another?....Maybe an AOG, COC, Baptist,
Penny-costal truth or a church of God truth or Muslim or
Mormon, Bahai, 7th Day, Judaic, Jesuit, Roman Catholic.
Maybe you have a hankering for some of that glitter from the
'Hillsong Truth' - with a dab of sex and money for
all....click.
Jesus tells all, if you are looking for Him/the truth, you
will find him because he graces all noble (humble) hearts with the
ability to repent, once He/the omniscient one sees fruit
worthy of repentance...ref/Matthew 3:8. the truth
about you, God, others and life sets us free, that truth
is found in Mashiah's Doctrine, how many want it, how many
have it?????....Now ya know why a prophet has no respect, he
speaks the truth without partiality....Amen. |
