THE SPARED ROD
Solomon is by no means talking about no rod but a spared one.
A spared rod is as good as no rod and Australia is a nation that has settled for the
spared rod standard .. and shall reap accordingly.
The word spares can mean lean and lean refers to thin, too little or lacking. So we are
able to see by this simple cross reference that the sparing of the rod is not .. no
rod but not enough rod.
No rod is too obvious hence he (the God of this world/satan) has ushered into the world
this new age theory and practice which can only bring total destruction in the end. Now
let us compare this meagre portion discipline theory with the standard of the great and
mighty God/Jesus the Christ.....He says ..
DO NOT WITHHOLD CORRECTION FROM A CHILD FOR IF YOU BEAT HIM WITH A ROD HE WILL NOT DIE YOU
SHALL BEAT HIM WITH A ROD AND DELIVER HIS SOUL FROM HELL.
PROVERBS 23:13,14
I have said this one thing for many years now and I am going to repeat myself for the sake
of new ears .. satans message in the end times shall be hidden behind the word .. love and
Messiahs message will be the same as it always has been since He started His ministry on
the earth .. repent and be forgiven. Luke 24:47, Acts 17:30,31
The spared rod standard, is now part of most religious organisations throughout
the world today due to the ever increasing pressure of people power with their threats of
abandoning denominational ships or changing horses mid stream if the preacher /pastor gets
too serious. Our text above tells us that the loving disciplines promptly.... Proverbs
27:6, Exodus 32:1-9.
At the end of the day .. preachers, pastors and professing Christians should be
about delivering souls from hell and not delivering people from some present temporary
physical or social pain. Most church leaders today behave more like greenies or humanists
rather than cross bearers... 2 Corinth 4:16-18.
Satans tools for his end time work load will be .. the love boat message, the spared rod
standard, the OSAS doctrine, the eyes on earthly riches doctrine, the don't judge doctrine
and the unity of baal. Satan is wanting all church leaders to leave the basic principles
of the harlot and move into overdrive ... which will be the final shot in the head for the
lukewarm and the compromisers and that is .. departure from the truth .. 2 Timothy
4:3,4.
