The chief priests and the religious hierarchy of today
are of no different attitude toward the likes of ministers
outside of their religious (cardboard) theological mega
boxes......click.
Most, if not all "theo-logical"....supposedly God's
theory/account /principles, rules regarding life now and the
hereafter are simply just the basic principles of the world
laced with the degenerated logic of men and women with a
rather fancy endorsement from a rather fancy publishing
company or a long standing dusty denomination that has been
labeled, by God, inglorious (Ichabod) long ago....click.
The chief priests envied the Christ, although they had more
than Jesus could imagine materially and in man and woman
power they had the monopoly, they still envied messiah but
were not prepared to give up their hypocrisy and money grabbin, to
get in step with truth and holiness.
The votes were cast, the votes went in and Barabbas romped
home with the crowd cheering loudly crucify him, crucify
him, get rid of him, the conviction is too strong with that
man/son of man around. That Jesus and the likes are forever
tormenting our wicked conscience.......crucify
him!.......click.
Of course Father allowed it all to fulfill his, his plan. A
real; tortoise and the hare story if ever I have read one,
we all get our opportunity to gratify the crowd sooner or
later. However, I prefer to be crucified with him the Christ
that I may surely live and reign with him, eternally.......2
Timothy 2:11-13.
In nearing 50 short years of living on this planet I must
sincerely say that I have never tasted anything as wonderful
as 'knowing the christ and partaking of his crucifixion'.
And isn't this what Father wants for all his
children?...that we all come to the place of holiness, lest
we be turned away with a "go away from me I know you not" (
I don't want to know you......1 Peter 4:13, 14, Hebrews
12:10)
Crowd pleasers are covering the earth today as the waters
cover the sea but in the midst of this myriad of ravenous
rebels (sin loving peoples) stands a remnant, a fragment or
oddment of holy peoples willing and prepared to suffer
outside the religious gate. A true prophet of the Christ has
no respect in his own country or among those who know him or
even know of him.....John 4:44.....click.
The votes are in, the crowds are pleased, Barabbas (the
dishonest, thief, criminal) was preferred over Jesus the
Christ. There's nothing new under the solar rays is
there?....I rejoice that messiah is omniscient.....amen |
