THE 'DIPPED
BREAD' REVELATION
|
'Now there
was Leaning on Jesus' Bosom, one of His Disciples whom
Jesus Loved"......
ref/John 13:23. |
Here, I am
relating to the occasion when Jesus revealed his
betrayer (Judas) to St John as the disciples
fellowshipped with Him at the table..........ref/John
13:20-26. |
In order to get the
‘revelation’ of the knowledge of the Christ by the
Spirit-Holy Ghost we must soak ourselves-our lives
(bread) in the wine-doctrine of the Christ (Word of God)
.. being permeated and saturated in it, this speaks of
our love for Jesus. And isn’t this what Judas should
have done, he should have preferred obedience rather
than self-gain .. THE MONEY! .. 30 pieces of silver.
Knowledge puffs up .. we only have to speak to a few
University or Bible College students, graduates and
professors to find that out. But
Revelation-Knowledge begets humility... ref/St. Job,
St. Paul.
We have so many out there in today’s churches that have
been ‘Men-tored’ and not God-tored. There
communication and relationship skills with humans are
sterling but they have nothing with God-Jesus the Christ
whatsoever.... they are basically Babelised People. Full
on churches of the Second Command, people-pleaser with
family first attitudes not Jesus first, as preeminent
........

It’s time for the Churches and their leaders to ‘Lean
on the Christ’ (look to the author and finisher) and
cease operating, looking and judging with their eyes and
through hear say, this only breeds misconceptions, false
opinions, injustice, ignorance and Pharisee-pride ...
for faith is the evidence of things not seen ...
ref/Revelation 3:22 .....
click
We will always get the revelation, the realisation and
the real story on the situation at hand when we ..
lean on (ask of) Jesus. And not acknowledge our own
understanding of things but much rather Him -The Christ
and his way of thinking and doing things ... His
Doctrine.
Many people today ‘Google’ someone’s name to
endeavour to get the character of someone but only ever
end up with ‘hear say’ .. hot gossip and bits and pieces
of ‘he said, they said’. Whatever happened to prayer,
holy ghost and the bonafide words of the individuals
mouth in question, for out of the heart the mouth
speaks. Things become as easy and as pleasant as dipping
bread in wine when we inquire of the Lord Jesus. His
burden is light and his yoke is easy.... glory
halleluyah!... by my spirit says the Lord even follow Me
....click
To lean on Jesus is symbolic of ...
• LOVING ......... Him first and foremost, as
preeminent, this is the start of moving the heart of
God. This is why he set the ‘first command as the
first’ and the only great one, for he wants to bless
us as we fulfill it .. ref/Matthew 22:37,38.
• EXPECTING .... Him to support and answer you
fully in all situations in his time and way. Expect but
always ... respect it will be in his time and way...
ref/1 Thessalonians 5:24.
• ACCEPTING .... All that comes with being the
Christ’s disciple, whether that be good or bad, life or
death, loss, gain or shame, power or poverty. To
accept all, is to love him with all your heart, soul,
strength and mind .. ref/Romans 8:28.
• NUTURING .... Our love for him, our expectancy
of him and acceptance of the walk with him .. through
Faith-Obedience in the established Word by
paraclete power... ref/Matthew 7:13,14.
I doubt very much whether a man or a woman would receive
any substancial enlightenment, revelation or any real
revelation of God’s knowledge at all if the above 4 ..
the first love, expectation, acceptance and nurturing
were not operating in that ones life.
That one would only really be partaking of and dishing
up the religions of men and women if anything. I
seriously doubt whether anyone could really be saved to
the uttermost without the above ‘Four Attitudes
Operating ‘ in one’s life that I have mentioned here
today ........ ref/Hebrews 6:1-12.
However, to put these four attitudes into action will
take real biblical faith and will be painful and taxing
to the Adamic (degenerated) Man unto ‘death’ but
the outcome and outworking will be glorious even to
being presented to the Christ as perfect in Him ...
ref/Colossians 1:28. |
And again, as
Crucian Rutherford, says, "If we take up the cross
handsomely, we shall find it just such a burden as wings
are to a bird." |
Yes, those who wait on-serve,
wait for and with the Lord will soar like falcons,
receive revelation and will not grow weary as the
religious ones do with their dead religious dogma.
Let us ‘lean on - take faith in’ our great
Lord .. he can handle it and so can we ‘in’ Him ..
cursed is the man and woman who trust/leans on the
flesh/man-woman, whose heart has not Jesus as number
one/preeminent. If Jesus is not ‘number one’ in your
life you will carry a heavy weight all by yourself to
the judgement stand.
The truth is ... we have no real idea of anything or
any idea of reality without Jesus, we are all just
stabbing in the dark aimlessly, people of useless
conduct and our ways are but death and destruction.
Although they ‘seem’ so right, and may even appear to
be so but never’ look’ and always ‘lean’ on Him for all
your answers, for he/Jesus is the author and the
finisher, beginning and the end, the Omni-All powerful
One. ‘Seems’ means ‘apparent’ but not in reality ...
ref/1 Corinthians 1:26-31 .. selah.
No one at the table with Jesus and his disciples had any
idea of what the ‘Dipped Bread Revelation’ was,
save one ... John the beloved. Jesus is omniscient and
the rewarder of those who seek him diligently. There was
no doubt a love-thing happening between Jesus and John
the beloved, yes, brother John had put the Number One
(Jesus) Number One.
And look at the Book of Revelation which was given by
the Christ to be penned by the very same disciple ..
John the Beloved, surely there is great gain in loving
the Lord with all our heart, soul, strength and mind .
Godliness with contentment is great gain says St Paul
... ref/1 Timothy 6:6 ..
click
And boy, he was ‘expecting’ to know also and he did
find-out, he asked and he was given, and he sought and
found and he knock on the bosom/door and the door that
was closed opened to him and he got the revelation of
the ‘dipped bread’... realising who was the traitor.
When Jesus reveals to us ‘who’s who’ in the religious
zoo’s it can be rather shocking and a little surprising
too.
Without revelation of the knowledge of the Christ we
amount to nothing more than Nicodemus’s scratching our
heads in our pious robes of religion with life
membership cards at the Sanhedrin Club, who spend their
lives learning Greek, Hebrew, Arabic and the religions
of the world while they themselves call Jesus the
‘Unknown (and unknowable) God’.... what is
truth?........
click
Numbers are the usual inquiry and deciding factor
whether a person fellowships in a particular Local
Church these days and of course talent quests and
certificates are also viable crowd drawers with the
various Women’s Clubs. The old ‘how many go and who will
be there’ syndrome, carnal, faithless and unfaithful to
the core .....

Are you interested in what ‘Jesus’ is doing and are you
inquiring of him, are you watching, keeping a close eye
on the scriptures and praying, talking with Jesus
because if you are he will show you great and mighty
things that you never thought you could know.
But let me relieve you from the religious chains of the
world and say this .. “his explanations and revelations
are simply too ‘demanding, taxing on the
social and sin life’ for the churched and the
worldlings, so offensive that the Adamic pride of men
and women would never accept or think in such a manner
within their lofty hearts” .... ref/Proverbs 3:5-6 ...
Take King Solomon for example and all of his riches and
glory .. Jesus said that they were not to be compared
with ‘one’ of his wild flowers ... see, told you it was
simple but simply too much for the Degenerated Adamic
Mind ... only the transformed mind can receive, embrace
and relish in such oracles and walk in them ... glory
halleluyah!

“Leaning on the Everlasting Arms”
What a fellowship, what a joy
divine
Leaning on the everlasting arms
What a blessedness, what a peace
is mine
Leaning on the everlasting arms.
Leaning, leaning, safe and secure
from all alarms
Leaning, leaning, leaning on the everlasting arms.
Oh, how sweet to walk in
this pilgrim way
Leaning on the everlasting arms
Oh, how bright the path
grows from day to day
Leaning on the everlasting arms.
What have I to dread, what have I
to fear
Leaning on the everlasting arms?
I have blessed peace with
my Lord so near
Leaning on the everlasting arms.
