'EVERY' BRANCH (regardless to race, colour, status or gender)

A very nervous man rang me the other day with a request to remove his number from our fax list, this fellow was Tony Gilchrist, ministry rep for 'Grace to You Ministries', no doubt a jolly Baptist concern.....click.

It took me some time to gather what he was on about for his nervous twitch on the phone was rather funny. However, he eventually spat out what he was meaning to say after a little prompting from myself, ref/doctrine.

Tony, a self proclaimed christian-Baptist of the Calvinistic - Variety became very adamant about his way of religion and claimed like all who simply don't want to face the heat of the Christ's Doctrine "You are wasting our paper and ink" and you are a false teacher.

Mr. Gilchrist of Grace to You Ministries insisted that 'the branch' is not in the Christ or it professed to be in Him/the Christ and was not really born-again but actually got in the vine by some human entry. This is surely false doctrine and a false gospel message. Yet Tony was quick to tell me that I was a false teacher with a false gospel....hmmmmm. Jesus says the branch 'was' in Him.

Before Tony hung up on the phone he gave me an ultimatum, he said "I'm warning you!....you're on notice as of today". My reply to that was 'you have put me on notice, you are warning me"?

Let me say this, ,I said to Tony, "You will find out what Father thinks of this, what you have done is not good". After Tony hung up I prayed that Father would open his eyes and this is what happened.

Ten minutes later, the phone tingled and who was on the other end?...Tony. And he humbled himself (or someone else did) and apologised for speaking to me the way he did, however he stuck like glue to his Religious-Calvinistic-Belief of 'absolute predestination' in other words if someone turns from the faith/doctrine - way of the Christ they were never really saved in the first place. The very same teaching of Dave Hunt who Tony says is an Armenian. Whatever Mr. Hunt claims to be his teaching is in direct conflict with established holy bible writ...Hebrews 5:9, 3:12-15, Romans 11:22 and the Laodecian-Lukewarm-Born-Agains, who were in Christ....click.

So who put me on notice and if Tony was told by God to put me on notice which God told him to ring me and apologise for his attitude, was it the same God who told him to 'put me on notice' or was it just Tony putting me on notice?......Psalm 60:1-3.

And what did he mean by 'put on notice'? As I said to Tony, "you are only a puppy concerning warring in the spirit and the spiritual-front-line, you will need to do your homework before you come barking in my direction.

One of the first lessons of journalism and ministry is get your facts right before you open your mouth lest it backfire and you put yourself on notice. Finally, 'the branch' was 'in' the Christ or Christ was lying or deceived.....click.

The last article sent to TG-Grace to You Ministries was Brother Donald Wilson's "Freedom" article, surely a letter that 'puts all heretics on notice' once and for all. Tony has been placed on our prayer list priority. Amen.
