DID EVE INVENT APPLE (FRUIT) BOBBING?
(or was she just an outright liar)? |
Messiah was talking of the religious hypocrites of his
day here, the pharisees and scribes. Jesus spared no rebukes
in this chapter, a complete chapter of in the face,
wholesome, multigrain truth, real Jesus stuff.....click.
After reading a page from a writing of TA McMahon....the
Berean Call, ,I could not help but hear the scripture above
ring out loud. His title was "Weaning Evangelicals off
the Word", Part 1/Feb/2007. Were they really ever
on 'the' word?...click.
Mr. McMahon spoke of such things as..falling away, apostasy,
the faith and practice of the bible, false christianity,
antichrist, the seduction of Eve and his statement that, Eve
added her words to God's command.
● Mr. McMahon said that Eve
added "neither shall you touch it" to Genesis
3:3.....click
Whether it be McMahon, Hunt, Calvin or Spurgeon none of
these religious people have any room in their belief system
to talk about (or correct) people adding to, overlooking or taking away
from the bible for all of these males are guilty in the
first degree of rewriting Yahweh's Word and their wretched
teaching of 'absolute predestination' makes that very
clear to all who have eyes that see.....click.
Absolute Predestination, forever saved, in Christ I'm Right
and all the rest of those camel eating theologies are
nothing but Anti-Christ Masked. As one youth pastor (as
they call them) taught on Hebrews chapter two recently,
he was aiming to encourage the listeners that they were
still saved......click.
He started at verse nine. I wonder what happened to verse
3 and what does verse 3 really mean? But then again he
was penny-costal. This 'youth' pastor actually said
and believes that there are people who are going to
'scrape into heaven by the skin of their teeth' and what
does Mashiah say about this teaching?
Jesus says this is an erroneous thought, it is adding to and
taking away from his word, even anti-his doctrine
(Christ). Because Jesus says, not one man or woman will
be claimed by him, neither shall they be raptured unless
they be "hot" our confirmation is found in Revelation
3:16. A passage that only the 'holy remnant' are
willing to translate honestly nowadays....click.
As for Tom McMahon's natty number about Eve adding to
scripture (Gods Command), whether she did or not,
whether Moses did or not, whether it is an error of the
bible version or not it is........"A Gnat". I am now
50years young and I have never heard of anyone eating fruit
without touching it. Unless of course you are at a school
fete and you become involved in eating apples from a barrel
filled with water without touching it with your hands. I
believe it is called "bobbing". Then again,
you end up 'touching' it with your lips anyway, end of
story.
No, Eve was not bobbing or lying. In fact, Eve was
prophesying her (lusty selfishness) very next move
and "she took of (touched) the fruit thereof" and did
eat (first).......Genesis 3:6. My findings are that
Mr. McMahon is looking at things from his own carnal
perspective which is ultimately the entire root of
"Absolute Predestination" period......click.
Let us contend ardently for Mashiah's Doctrine.....Amen.
