Ministers are supposed to feed the sheep in due season, that
season is always determined by Holy Ghost not Gallop Polls or Surveys and the
food is and has to be from the Doctrine of the Christ, period, no other
bread is suffice. The household here is referring to the Christ's Church.
David Wilkerson of Times Square Church NYC wrote a devotional on the Evil
Servant and as per usual totally avoided the punch line....Hell Fire
Eternal!.
Dave's summary of the parable of the Evil and Faithful servant
went like this:
D. Wilkerson/Daily Devotion, Friday June 6 2008....'Be
Ready'.
"The evil servant sees no need for right living, making peace
with fellow servants, he sees no need to preserve unity in the
home, at work or in church. He smites his fellow servants, holds
grudges and destroys their reputation". |
Well, well, well. Mr. Wilkerson's emphasis is on peoples as
usual and pleasing them while the parable is actually talking about
'faithfulness toward his Master' (ref/lukewarm pastors, ministers,
christians). And when a christian is not faithful
to Master Jesus, alcohol, thuggery and physical threats arise and food,
family and church programmes are King. The end amounting to hell fire
eternal, the place David never likes to mention. Besides I thought Dave said
'a man, woman or youth can not lose (forfeit) their salvation'?????Is
that what this parable teaches?.......click
Another of Dave's lukewarm teachings goes back to....Daily
Devotions, Friday August 27, 2008.....'Limiting the Holy One
of Israel"........Dave says.
"There are true Jesus worshippers among Roman Catholic Priests,
God is filling these people with his spirit. I have seen these
priests weeping with conviction and crying out to Jesus. God has
people everywhere and we are not to call any of them unclean or
common". |
If these Priests are clean and have come clean and been
cleansed by the blood of Jesus the Christ what are they doing still in the
Roman Catholic (whore house) Church with all her abominable
doctrines, lies and filthiness?....didn't Jesus say come out 'then' I
will receive you and own you?....click.
Surely for these so-called priests to continue to wear the RC Garb and Carry
Out the rituals and Eucharistic-Trash-Teachings of that Church/System is
deserving worst punishment then those who have never met...The Christ
(but have they met the Christ?)....click.
I do remember some time back brother Wilson telling me that he had some
bonafide written information on Dave Wilkerson's tight connection with the
'Charismatic Movement' in his archives. I myself forever come across
ecumenical, roman catholic and family-first smells each time I take time to
peruse Mr. Wilkerson's thoughts.
But never have I smelt that single-hearted smell of 'Jesus as Preeminent'
in the writings penned by Dave Wilkerson or any so-called minister from
Times Square Church NYC or any of their counterparts nor do I expect it. As
the saying goes "Mashiah Saves but Rome Enslaves (with sin) with
Absolute Predestination and Maryology too...Amen...click.
P.S. Mr. Wilkerson's religious side-kick Carter Conlon is equally as
deceiving in his teaching saying that John 15:2 means....."christians
bringing their fruitless branches to Jesus so that Jesus will purge them and
make them fruitful" (TSC Sermon - The Willingness to Love/14.12.2008
....click). Heretic begets heretic.
